We're looking for an ambitious Social Media Intern to help us grow our Social Media following and content creation! You will be part of an amazing team with a lot of fun projects going on. This is a unique possibility to gain hands-on experiencing of growing an early-stage startup with kick-ass social media content. You will report to our Communications Manager.



Responsibilities

  • Build and execute social media strategy for our brands through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Drive the communication with our community (SoMe, Web and Events) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer success, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities 
  • Support in the growth of our Loyalty- and Referral schemes.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare marketing presentations
  • Manage and update our CRM system


Requirements

  • Proven experience within social media marketing 
  • You're currently studying a BSc or similar and want to learn more about social media marketing. Proven SoMe experience counts as well.
  • Excellent experience of writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills. 
  • Content creation capabilities is a plus!
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Love (and understanding) of dogs
  • Ability to think creatively and independently, as well as collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in SWE and ENG
  • You approach your work with energy and can work both independently and in team settings
  • You have strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • You are comfortable with intense working environments and tight deadlines.
